If you would like a Chaperone present during Treatment please do ask a friend or family member to accompany you. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and secure during your treatment.

Tony Betts Physiotherapy is recognised by most of the major medical insurance companies. If you are insured, we will send the invoice for your treatment directly to your insurer. For us to be able to do this, you will have to provide your membership number and a valid pre-authorisation code (claim number) from your insurer. Please ensure that you have this information before you see Tony. If we do not have all of this information, we will invoice you directly.

Please note that the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient: If for any reason, your insurer refuses to pay for any treatment (or only part pays), you will be liable yourself. For this reason, please contact your insurer before making an appointment, to check your level of cover and entitlement.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with less notice may incur the full appointment fee, which is not covered by your insurer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
